Expedited Shipping

For expedited shipping options, such as FedEx Priority Overnight or 2-Day Delivery, contact Hobby Lobby’s customer service at 1-800-888-0321 before placing your order. They are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time. Expedited delivery is available on select products within the 48 contiguous United States. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery, including furniture, Christmas trees, and other large, bulky items.

Returns and Exchanges

For returns or exchanges of online purchases, you can return items to any Hobby Lobby store within 90 days of purchase, provided the total is less than $250.00. The invoice must accompany the items being returned to ensure the full purchase price is credited to a Hobby Lobby Gift Card. Damaged and/or defective merchandise from an online order cannot be returned to the store. If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please call 1-800-888-0321 or email Hobby Lobby before returning the item. Do not discard damaged merchandise or the box it was shipped in. Shipping and/or handling charges cannot be refunded at the store level.
