What is SmartPac?

SmartPac is a postage-paid, tracked packaging solution provided by SingPost. It simplifies the mailing process by eliminating the need for manual postage calculations. With SmartPac, you receive free, pre-paid packaging that ensures secure and timely delivery of your items.

Available Sizes and Pricing

SmartPac offers various sizes to accommodate different mailing needs:

  • Small: 220mm x 150mm – priced at S$27 for a pack of 10.
  • Medium: 330mm x 240mm – priced at S$30 for a pack of 10.
  • Box: 300mm x 190mm x 65mm – priced at S$37 for a pack of 10.

Prices include prevailing GST.

How Does SmartPac Work?

  1. Fill: Clearly and accurately complete the shipping and return details on the SmartPac.
  2. Pack: Securely pack your items and seal the SmartPac.
  3. Drop-off: Submit your SmartPac at any SingPost bulk posting box located at post offices, POPStation counters, POPDrop kiosks, or street posting boxes before the collection time.
  4. Track: Monitor your delivery status via SingPost’s mobile app or website.
  5. Deliver: Expect delivery within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) if posted within the collection time.

Delivery Attempts and Address Accuracy

  • If the recipient’s letterbox is full or too small to accommodate the SmartPac, SingPost will attempt doorstep delivery. After two unsuccessful attempts, a delivery advice will be left at the recipient’s doorstep.
  • In cases where the recipient’s address or details are inaccurate or incomplete, the SmartPac will be returned to the sender, provided the sender’s address is clearly indicated. Please note that there will be no refund on postage in such cases.

Compensation for Loss or Damage

If a SmartPac item is damaged or contains missing contents, senders may be entitled to compensation for up to three SmartPac boxes or envelopes. For detailed information on the compensation policy, please refer to SingPost’s Terms & Conditions.
