Animal Hotel: Opened in 1998 alongside KLIA, the MASkargo Animal Hotel is a state-of-the-art facility catering to live animal shipments. Spanning approximately 1,297 square meters, it operates 24/7 and offers services including import, export, transshipment, and delivery, all under the supervision of on-call veterinarians. The facility emphasizes comfort, safety, and hygiene for all animal guests. ​

Personalized Services to Select Clients.

Priority Business Centre (PBC): Located on the ground floor of MASkargo’s Advanced Cargo Centre at KLIA, the PBC offers personalized services to select clients. Operating around the clock, it is staffed by a dedicated team committed to facilitating efficient cargo handling and addressing specific client needs. ​

Perishable Centre: This one-stop center is designed to handle perishable goods, ensuring they remain preserved throughout the logistics chain. With specialized cold rooms capable of storing up to 16 units of Unit Load Devices (ULDs), the Perishable Centre maintains an unbroken cool chain, crucial for items like fresh produce and pharmaceuticals

MASkargo’s operations are headquartered at the Advanced Cargo Centre (ACC) within KLIA in Sepang, Selangor. This facility is equipped with sophisticated cargo handling capabilities, boasting the capacity to manage up to one million tonnes of cargo annually. The strategic location and advanced infrastructure enable MASkargo to efficiently serve almost 100 destinations worldwide, delivering cargo through both scheduled freighter services and the belly space of Malaysia Airlines’ passenger flights
